On May 1st...Miss Lilyan took a "sick"day (wink, wink;) from school and we had her annual just "Mommy and Me" day. We started this several years ago...maybe when she turned 6? She isn't a big fan of attention, parties and all that they bring. So we decided to celebrate her special day with shopping, eating and doing whatever she wanted to do for the day. I LOVE this one on one time with her and I think she enjoys it too;) Our first stop was breakfast at Starbucks...coffee for mommy and cake pops and Coke for the Queen. Yes...I am an epic parent...lol!;) Next we headed to University Park Mall because they have an Apple Store and this girl LOVES her gadgets. She picked out an iPad mini and a red case. For lunch we had ourselves giant slices of pizza at sbarros in the food court. We also picked up a giant sugar cookie cake from Blondie's Cookies. This girl knows what she likes!!!:)
